Insurance

We provide billing service and will gladly check your benefits for you. We collect co-payments at the time of each visit and provide a flexible payment plan for our patients. If you do not have insurance, we offer discounted-cash pay rates.  We accept cash, checks, debits cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Flex-spending account cards, and Care Credit.

We accept most public and private insurance plans.
