David Sirleaf
(DPT, PTA, ATC, FMS-c, Physical Therapist, Manual Therapist)
Born and raised in Oklahoma City, David began his education by graduating from Bishop McGuinness High School in 2005. He then attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training in 2009. That same year, David became a member of the Courcier Clinic family, where he developed his passion for improving the health and movement of people from all walks of life. In May 2019, he earned his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Oklahoma Community College.
David has extensive experience with therapeutic exercise and has received certifications in Diagnostic Ultrasound, The Functional Movement Screen (FMS), and the fitting of custom orthotics.
David lives in Oklahoma City with his wife and 2 children. When not providing health care and treatment, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He also likes watching and participating in a variety of sports, especially basketball (Thunder Up!).
