Nerve Conduction Studies/Electromyography and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound can confirm a variety of different pathologies of the neuro-muscular and musculoskeletal systems including Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome, lumbar or cervical radiculopathies, systemic polyneuropathies, diabetic neuropathy, and joint pathology or injury of the shoulders, elbows, hands, hips, knees, ankles etc. These can include rotator cuff damage, arthritis, tendon tears, bursitis, tendinitis, cysts and masses, and well as sprains and strains. This valuable information equips our Physical Therapists with the knowledge to tangibly improve patients lives with accurate diagnosis, leading to better outcomes, and ultimately happier and healthier lives!
